ConfidentialityThe practice is fully computerised and registered under the Data protection Act.

Personal Health Screening is used to monitor our screening activities. Anonymised data is shared with the PCT to monitor standards and also to plan future health care needs.

Under the Data Protection Act you may view your records, if you wish to do so please speak to the Practice Manager.


The practice will ensure that you are always treated with courtesy and respect. Similarly we would ask that you treat our staff with courtesy and consideration; aggressive and offensive behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in removal from the practice.
