Home Visits

homevisitsIf you are too ill to come to the surgery and need a home visit, please telephone. The receptionist will ask for details of the problems so that these can be passed on to the doctor.

The doctor may telephone you before visiting to assess the urgency of the situation. Home visits are for housebound patients and for those too unwell to visit the surgery: the doctor may suggest that you come into the surgery rather than a home visit. It is generally safe to bring children.
